Efficient heat transfer: The efficient fin coil is made of a combination of a cross-row design and special corrugated fins. The heat exchange tube fits perfectly with the aluminum fins through mechanical expansion. |
Widely Applications: The heat exchange tubes can be selected from ∅7~∅25mm diameter, and the heat exchange tubes and fins can be made of stainless steel, copper or titanium alloy, which can be used for cooling and condensing various fluids. |
Special protection design for heat exchange tubes: To avoid possible tube damage, the coil end plate uses stamping flanges during the manufacturing process to fully protect the heat exchange tubes from mechanical damage. |
Reliable pressure test: All fin coils are pressure tested to 20 bar and are nitrogen pressure maintained before leaving the factory. |
Corrosion-resistant coating: In order to meet the needs of different corrosion sites, the fin tube bundle can be equipped with acid, alkali and salt resistant nano coating. |
